Sometimes I just need to sit down and sort my head out.
Cause I always get the wrong meanings from all your messages.
But I know where to draw the line so I'll just stay behind the boundaries.
I feel a pain on my entire left leg, and the pain worsens from knee down. But its not a really bad pain. It's still bearable. So I think it's just me using the wrong muscles. And the pain (more like sore or swollen vein feeling) is focused at my left ankle.
In the meantime, I shall do some crunches and Ore's "shoe raises" as well to chase the pains away. Time to train up my core and my lines yo.
I don't know if anyone has ever said this before. Your body is your biggest limitation. That's what I learnt. Muscles, please grow! D:
